Torrevieja

Torrevieja is a city and coastal municipality of the province of Alicante, Costa Blanca and is located in a landscape of high scenic and ecological value.

The city has two large salt lagoons declared natural park, La Mata and Torrevieja, which are surrounded by beautiful urbanizations equipped with swimming pools and gardens.

In addition, Las lagunas de la Mata offers one of the most sought after attractions of the Costa Blanca and are the mud baths, as its waters have a great therapeutic value for its high concentration of mineral salts and iodine. These mud baths are beneficial for those who have dermatological complaints such as acne or psoriasis and also for those who suffer from rheumatism, gout or diseases of the circulatory and respiratory system.

Torrevieja is a tourist town with a lot of life that has a wide variety of coves and beaches of fine sand, some of them perfectly integrated into the city.

It is a city full of life and movement with a wide variety of bars and restaurants where you can taste the Mediterranean gastronomic tradition, several open-air weekly markets with local products and different sports activities and events of all kinds.

You can also make excursions to the beautiful Island of Tabarca, spend a day with the family at the Aquopolis water park or visit the fields of the surrounding towns which are full of orange groves and lemon groves as well as mountain ranges of vineyards.

Torrevieja has easy access as it is only 40 minutes from Alicante airport and 30 from San Javier airport, Murcia, which have an endless number of continuous flights throughout the year.
