This large country property of 290m2 needs some TLC, but it has great potential. The structure is good and the roof of the main house has recently been repaired after some leaks had been discovered. It has a large pine tree forest, as well as olive trees and almond trees.
Keep in mind the house has not been used for 5 years, so it needs a good clean and needs repainting, the floor tiles are still in good condition. Besides the windows in the multi functional room, all rooms are single glass.
The house is located in Yecla, but in the direction of Jumilla.
